Assistance with Law Enforcement requests and subpoenas for documents

Seks strives to maintain the privacy of its users as more fully discussed in our Privacy Policy. In providing you with our Platform and our services, we do maintain certain information about your location, movements and activities, in order to provide you with better service. Any information you provide us that could serve to identify you is kept confidential, except under certain instances as more fully described in our Privacy Policy. Among other things, one of those circumstances is when we receive a subpoena, Court order, summons to Court or legal process that requires our cooperation in a current, ongoing investigation or prosecution of a crime or in connection with an ongoing civil lawsuit. In the event we receive a valid request from law enforcement or a civil or criminal court of competent jurisdiction, we will disclose the information sought by said process. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do reserve the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement and we will provide copies of any and all information sought in furtherance of criminal investigation relating to any current or past user of the Seks Platform.
