18 U. S. C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

The Seks website meets and exceeds the age-verification and record-keeping requirements as set forth by 18 U. S. C. § 2257 and 18 U. S. C. §2257(a) for all individuals appearing on the Seks service, regardless of whether those individuals create and appear in depictions of sexually-explicit conduct.

All persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained in this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Records required pursuant to 18 U. S. C. § 2257, 18 U. S. C. § 2257(a) and 28 CFR §75 are maintained by the following Designated Custodian of Record. Additionally, each individual Broadcaster utilizing the Seks platform is his or her own producer and is required to maintain his or her own 2257 age-verification documentation and age-verification documentation on any other individuals appearing on camera with that Broadcaster. R. §75 for all materials appearing on this website that fall into one of the following two categories: (i) marketing and advertising materials that contain visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, which materials have been acquired or created by the website’s operators for the purpose of promoting the website; and (ii) all visual depictions of Broadcasters whose age verification records are collected and reviewed before permitting the Broadcasters to utilized the Seks platform.
